Check if the committee graphic symbol has been prepared correctly

The validation tool allows you to check whether the committee graphic symbol meets all technical requirements. After uploading the file, detailed information about compliance with the required parameters will be displayed, helping to avoid issues with incorrect printing. Preparing a correct graphic symbol using GIMP as an example
  • Conversion to grayscale mode:
    • Flatten image: Image -> Flatten Image
    • Change to grayscale: Image -> Mode
    • Setting depth to 8 bits: Image -> Depth
  • Adjusting the size:
    • For rectangular images:
      • Image -> Scale Image (keep proportions, larger dimension = 106)
      • Image -> Canvas Size (set 106 x 106, center, change layer sizes: all layers, fill: white)
    • For square images: Image -> Scale Image (keep proportions, 106 x 106)
  • Changing the extension: File -> Export As (with .png extension)
Requirements for the graphic symbol
  • File size: up to 100 KB
  • File format: PNG
  • Dimensions: 106 x 106 pixels
  • Color mode: grayscale
